Bikini Bod Bonanza - FACTS & FIGURES
Did you know that to burn 1Kg of fat, you need to burn off 7,700 calories?
That's right, 7,700 calories, this is not a typo or something I made up.
FACT: 1KG of fat = 7,700 calories
FACT: Average female calorie needs per day = Approx. 2000 calories
FACT: To lose 1KG of fat per week, average female must reduce calorie intake to 1000 calories a day.
FACT: Alternatively, average female may reduce calorie intake to 1500 and add exercise worth 500 calories.
FACT: Running for 1.5 hours = 500 calories.
FACT: 500 calories = 1 snickers bar = 1 small burger = 5 bananas = 3-4 KDD drinks.
To find out how many calories your body needs to maintain its current weight, check this calorie calculator. Now based on that, subtract 1000 calories a day and you will have your daily allowance.

Two words,
Fuck diets.
Theyre like those kids who try to "figure out the way the exam will be weighted and scrape by"
just dont eat as much, thats a rather effective diet in itself.
There is no quick way out, its not easy but can be done with some will power and discipline.

From Medical College of Wisconsin and the VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, calories burned on the treadmill for 60 minutes averaged 865 - 705. This compares to:
• iStair machine 746 - 637
• Rowing machine 739 - 606
• Stationary cycle 604 - 556
• iCross-country ski machine 678 - 595
I get 700-800 calories per hour jogging at an easy 8-9km/hr.

Pap: The gym is air conditioned. No excuses. The diet you are talking about is weight watchers. What I am talking about is not a diet, it is general eating but in smaller amounts.
Stallion: If that is precise. Don't forget those are 'estimates' so try to moniter yourself for a while and see what works.
Entre: Who mentioned diets?
Tim: Thanks for the info :)
