It's a SPOOF! Too much free time in the dorm for some young joker! Of course semen isn't going to block any drains (unless maybe it's King Kong's!). This "notice" has made it around the world via the wonderful world of the web though. It's worth a chuckle but now more than ever, just don't believe everything you see or hear (especially on the web!) Meanwhile you dudes can just keep on doing what you're doing in the showers.
